Bob Koca said, "... the correct theoretical opening roll play would be identical at DMP and at 2a 2a, and that therefore the opening book should have identical play choices,..."

Can anyone provide a link to these previous discussions. Far better that I should review it for myself, than rehash it again, now. I hope to gain an understanding of these concepts. Thanks in advance for any help with this.
