The Distribution of rolls feature from the Analyse menu in gnubg shows, for the position at hand, the distribution of equities after the next roll, or the next two rolls.

You can use it to look at market losers on a cube decision : how many ? how big ? what dice sequences ?

This is totally unrelated to statistics on the randomness of the dice. On a single match, the latter would be useless anyway. If the dice are not grossly rigged, you would need to tally the results of many of them.
