Great roll. Two of the sixes are obvious; 22/16(2). Then there is the choice of continuing with 16/10(2) or hit with 7/1*(2). I don't think it matters that much, as we will have a double/pass next turn in most cases. But there is one less joker for opponents if we hit, and we would like to get further ahead in the race (also in favor of hitting), so I say hit.
