Which federations have adopted "Legal moves"?

Does the DBgF rules now require Legal Moves?

No, but I think within a year or two they will.

The confusion re the current rules stems from the fact that the Nordic Open uses the WBA rules, which are slightly different from the DBgF rules.
I believe these rules are also used in Monte Carlo and at the events in Europe run by Chiva (EBGT).
