Hmmmm, since it is an optional free drop, then I'd play 13/9 13/10 at -2 -1 PC. Theory being I want the play that works best cubeful if my opponent forgets to cube for one turn.

Of course if my opponent is already fingering the cube, then that is different. I'd probably play 24/21 24/20 on the theory that it is most likely to be misplayed by my opponent since they rarely see it.
