Run or stick around waiting for a shot?

The pipcount will be 49-52 after this play. Down by 7, but not out by any reasonable assessment. Yeah, we've got lots of wastage ugly stacks on on the ace and deuce, and a gap, but the PFs have an ugly stack of their own and a gap.

What's the chance of getting a shot? Not much and 6/5 just adds to our wastage.
