Can anything be better than making the 2? Sure there are six return hits, but as it is now the back checker threatens to escape with any of 11 rolls containing 6 in addition to 51. If that happens blue will probably get one or two direct shots at the escaping checker, but you don't want to rely on having to hit it in the outfield. The game plan is to close out the white back man. Then you must make inner board points.
