The 4 is a no brainer with 6/2*. You can't let white escape here no matter what. So count the escape rolls afterwards between 18/13 and 7/2 the only 2 good remaining 5s.

With 18/13: 26, 35, 36 all escape, 6 rolls (4 that hit and escape)

With 7/2: 34, 35, 36, 16 all escape, 8 rolls (6 that hit and escape)

18/13 looks pretty clear after that.
