How good of a double do we have after a dance AtS if we play the prudent 7/4x 7/5?

This is some of what can make match play so difficult, but I think we have a clear double AtS after this safer play followed by a dance. I am afraid to leave 3 extra blots and 3 extra shots as our game then often falls apart when we are hit.

Note that pick and pass looks weak and doesn't address the issue of extracting our back checkers.
