There is no shot coming, so i think it's allright to slot the 4-point. But should we break the 8-point to slot the 4-point?

We can also play 13/9 10/7, with builders for the bar- and 4-point, is it bad to strip the midpoint here?

I don't think so, since when we hit from there we will be hitting white's midpoint.
