If we were to build an inner board quickly, then 8/4 6/3 might be the way to go. We have 4,5,6 as covers.
And this variation with its 3 blots is not a lot riskier than 10/7 8/4 with 4 blots.
But if we were to get an indirect shot after one of the 4/36 {43,54} white attacks that involve a blot on the white bar-point,
we would like to be able to hit this indirect shot without having one or two blots in our inner board.
So playing 13/9 10/7 decreases the risk that our blot on 22 runs.
Answer: 13/9 10/7
