Rollout (and where you've déjà vued it before)

This problem was posted back in 2011 as part of a Daily Quiz. In Stick's Daily Quiz Recap, he said that he felt confident that 6/1* 4/2* would be right at a normal score as well. The rollout below seems to disagree, so presumably the bot isn't playing it out well enough.
