It is always difficult whether to play 13/7 in these positions or a move on the other side of the board. The move 13/7 is very clear in terms of game plan: or we fall back with 4 checkers, or we have some forward chances. But I think it is a little too early for such a venture: the race is pretty close and 4 blots is dangerous. I would play 21/15 and fight it out on the other side of the board, for the time being. 24/18 is clearly wrong and 20/14 is somewhat inferior to 21/15.
