I'm sorry, I overlooked the play which you mentioned: 22/21/15. My fault! Unfortunately, I did not even consider this move, since I didn't see it. So, I entirely misconceived this position. :(. I compared the covering move 8/1 and the hitting move 22/16* 4/3 with each other. Escaping without hitting is definitely a contender. According to my understanding, it is now a coin toss between these two escaping plays. I slightly prefer 22/16* 4/3 over 22/21/15, but I'm not sure.
