OtB I told my partner I didn't care what he did. I thought it was a small ND and since there was no hope under this side of Maui that Neil Inc. would pass this, it was either a double or it wasn't. I also didn't mind if it was a small ND as we're playing Neil and we're in a position I think even I can play out flawlessly most of the time.
Turns out this is a much bigger ND than I had thought. If we use the Keith count alone and call this a race with no contact it's a D/T. Given the contact favoring them, they're behind in the match, all of it should have pointed to waiting a turn. I should have looked more closely at the position but we got away with it.
