Players making the 1 and 3 pts here are partially stranding 2 more checkers more than they should and IMHO, missplaying this roll. What do they do in a roll or two if they can't clear the mid pt ?

13/8(2) is a MUST here and then I don't care what other 5's are played but will vote for 13/3(2) to make the best point and to keep a nearly solid formation, at least for a turn.
