7/4 6/3(3).

I would rather pay now when the Prime Factors have a blot on the 21-point than possibly pay later with 7/4(2) 6/off, which leaves a gap of the 3-point, when the Prime Factors may have improved their board.

7/4 6/3(3) leaves more immediate shots than 7/4(2) 6/3(2) but it duplicates the 6s that cover the blot on the 21-point for the Prime Factors. I think that not making 5s a great number for the Prime Factors makes 7/4 6/3(3) better than 7/4(2) 6/3(2).
