I think it is a nice problem and play, maybe not very difficult, but the thought process it illustrates is important: The key problems in the position are to break from the mid and to make the 3, and to leave as few as possible shots over the longer term. 13/3 breaks the mid and starts the 3, and does not leave too many shots because aces are duplicated. So...

Mike already mentioned the 24 hours "rule".
