I'm not doubling. If I am 3.5PR better than my opponent, then I will just play it out until I hit a big fat D/P - or win a gammon, and let my opponent sweat that.

Why cube it? Why introduce the volatility? The way a better player wins, with a lead, is to grind, so just do that. Don't introduce variances and factors that are not in your interests to bring into play. Just play. Let your skill advantage carry you to victory the easy way.
