A deep statistical analysis of a cross-section of four positions from *real* games you've posted recently shows beyond doubt that the player with the most duplicated good numbers loses 60% of the times he loses.
Hard to pass up a 4-point board. Or an anchor. The anchor's the harder point to make, and Blue's up 21 pips after the roll, and is flat after 6/2* 8/2, and the 7 and 4 points want to be made, too. Anchor must be better.
