The cube after dancing makes this an interesting problem ! I'd not dream of passing it, but do think that I'd send it over. If it were a borderline drop/take, then pointing might make more sense since you'd be effectively winning 16/36 of the time and OK the most of the rest of the time. But as it is, I'll still make the bar anchor and play positionally and hope to work towards a good cube and note that I can still attack later if White can't anchor or escape.
