I committed the error here, I have a tendancy to do that in this sort of situation. I see the play that I believe wins the most and don't feel it gives up that many more G losses but apparently it does here, enough to swing the plays from that which would otherwise be clear. I honestly am not all that worried about getting G'ed from this position slotting the 5pt and it seems like it should win significantly more to me but it doesn't.
