Race, position, some threat: Double. Only one blot, all the other checkers in good working order, versus three checkers back: Take. I've forgotten my 7-away equities, but I don't give away free points leading 6-3/11, not even to Nora, whoever she is or how well she plays (I have no idea about either, but assume she's not spent 3,436,739 CPU hours rolling out cube and play decisions). This position looks too freebie-ish to pass.
