13/10 6/1*.

Preventing Stick from making his 5 point seems important. If we play 13/5 (?!) or 13/10 13/8, he has 26 ways to make the 5 point. If we play 13/10 6/1*, he has only 17 ways, and many of his other rolls are not very good (many -- compare how his fours, sixes, threes and ones play).
