Woolsey's law

Yes in the position #18 you must double, and once again Woolsey's law is correct. First, you put yourself in white's shoes and ask what would you do if red double. White will see that red is the clear favorite to win.Yet prper cube action is take, but as Woolsey has written, the idea of his law is to force your opponent make mistake by :

i) to take when it's a pass

ii) to pass when it's a take

In position # 18, many players might be UNSURE of taking/passing, so according to woolsey's law, it is a double. If white passes, you win simply and if he takes, again you did right and now you are favorite to win twice the stake.
