Woolsey's law

In logic, we have the following :
If p>q is right, then ~q>~p MUST be right.
I didn't claim that the inverse of Woolsey's law is correct, but the anti-inverse (I don't know that real English name). In other words:
Woolsey's law:
If your opponent is unsure of taking/dropping (p), then you should double (q)
What's ~q>~p? It is:
You should NOT double (~q), if your opponent is SURE of taking/dropping (~p)
And that's my point.
