Although, D = 13/10 is a possibility, it looks like the real choice is between U = 23/20 and V = 24/21. Another candidate, S = 24/23 13/11, is not appealing, because it risks extra shots on the 11pt, and also because the ace is played to make the 23pt.

V dupes 4. Furthermore, U may be more risky than V, because U puts a checker where White would gladly hit loose.

V (Variant up) = 24/21
