So B/22 13/7 is overrunning the position, but it does pick up an extra blot.

B/16 leaves 25 45 43 46 21 41 for 12 shots. On the other hand, some of those shots leave returns.

B/22 13/7 leaves only 24 (duplicated), 22 (duplicated) 44, and 46, for 4 shots. That's 8 less shots. That's my play.
