a rare case where I know the answer.
You have limited material to work with in prime versus prime, so you need to put your men to their best use.
12/7 forms the best 5 part block. (Make him play 5's and 6's on his side of board if possible). Then 9/3 aims to make the full primasuarus.
You are not favored to be hit, in which case you will likely make the six-prime.
Getting hit isn't really so bad anyway, since opponent will often crash before you do.
I doubt various scores or cube positions make any difference.
