B/22 13/7 10/7
Why not B/22 13/10 7/4(2)? Look at it from the Dillies perspective. They will want to hit loose and escape. If we keep the 4 prime, they only have 6s as a direct number to escape. If 7/4(2), they will have 6s and 4s.
Additionally, if we keep the prime and create spares, we are quite likely to make a 5 prime if unmolested (and assuming we do not want to escape or hit somewhere). Not so after the switch.
