Holding onto the 10pt would force us to abandon the bar point or else do silly things like dropping blots behind the Dillies' anchor.

Playing two spares down the bar point does two good things. 1. It gives us a chance to fill-in the 4pt later, and, 2. It is about as safe as we can be on this turn..
