Take Point/Double Point Tables

To me there are four kinds of take points.
Dead cube is the take point in the last roll of the game when there is no possibility of a recube.
Live cube is the lowest point you can take considering recube Vig. This is the number shown in XG under live cube.
Gammon adjusted take point is the take point after considering gammon wins and losses and includes recube vig.
And effective live cube is the real live cube take point that should be applied to a given position which is generally higher than XG's live cube number, as XG's number assumes a perfectly efficient recube. (E.G. For money XG says the live number is 20 percent and I generally use 21.5 for races of over 60 pips as the effective live cube take point.)
A chart or table or program with all four numbers would be delightful to have. C
