It would go thus with me:

23/20* - cannot let opponent make the 5, and I want to get my checkers up and over. I am not committed to a backgame.

13/7* - the most valuable point is the 7 point, part of a 3-point mini prime.

15/12 - keeping maximum covers for the 7-point.
