GIANTS

This thread seems dead, so I feel safe to respond.
I have played 5-8 gamesgrid matches against each of three of the players named so far. Most top players, of course, will not play against rank beginners like me. In terms of average snowie error rate I can say:
1. Munitz 2. Petko 3. Coolrey
I think Ray has a stage presence and a cool demeanor that elevates him in the live game--and of course he is among the best players in the world. Petko of course needs no introduction. But I am pretty sure Richard is the best match player in America right now. I would bet on him, anyway. I base this opinion on my small sample of snowie analysis as well as results over the last two years in the US and at Monte Carlo. And I have played 1-3 live or online matches against several of the other top players mentioned in the thread. I have never played against Neil, though. So my opinion is not worthless, but maybe pretty close.
The players I have named above don't play that much for money (at least in my observation) apart from Petko. I wouldn't be surprised if someone else entirely were the best money player in the US. Who might that player be? Senkiewitz? Slovo? Malcolm? Corbett? Howard? Mamabear? Stick? If you are willing to play heads-up for (a friendly wager) you can probably find out...
