Next, really. Leaping in the outfield, even into multiple shots, is thematic. It would need a strong tactical reason to prefer 13/7 and I don't see any.

Outfield control looks more important than marginally improving our blockade and 13/7 somehow weakens it. Maybe Bar/24 and not playing the 6 would even be better than 13/7.
