Yes. I transcribed my first match using XG just this week. (Previously I always used GNU.) I got pretty confused the first time I got to a closeout. There was an actual roll by the closed-out player, but when I tried to enter it, I discovered that XG had already inserted a random roll of its own, and interpreted what I typed as the roll after that.
