Who's who and from where?

Take Nordic quarterfinalist Manouchehr Parchami-Araghi -- if that's his name. On the web-sites covering the tourney, the poor guy's name is spelt nine ways from Friday -- Manoucherehr, Manouchehr Parchadi, plain old Manouchehr -- on one he's waving a blue-and-gold flag, on another a black-gold-red flag ... What gives? He's obviously Swedish!
