I tend to assume everyone knows all of the 2nd roll money plays and I shouldn't do that. Here's the money rollout for the position I posted at GS above / 61P-41. The point is that one often makes a more aggressive attempt for the five anchor at GS than at money.

Another thing to note about Duane's original position is that getting hit on the bar means that you weren't hit on the five (unless the roll was 33). Your chances of making it are good. The 13-7 slot looks looser than it is.
