51S-43 is an opening I have studied. I posted here about it—and some related third-roll positions—a couple of years ago. Compared to the majority of our teammates, however, my backgammon accomplishments are quite modest. For that reason, I don't want to say flatly that X = 24/21 6/2* is fourth- or fifth-best at the current score. But I do suspect that is the case.
