It is not quite easy, but it can be done:

First, draw the player who gets the bye.

If a seeded player gets it, place the player into his appropriate slot, place the bye as his first round opponent, place the second seed into his place, and then place the unseeded players at random.

If a non seeded player gets the bye, place the seeded players into their slots, determine a double slot at random wherein the lucky player and his bye are placed. The remaining slots are filled at random with the further players.
