You can do little to improve upfront, and you are ahead in the race, so you try to free your back checkers. But let's say the race would be equal - you'd still try to get your back checkers going, because you cannot really improve upfront anymore because of our advanced anchor. To counter, you either need to free your back checkers or make an advanced anchor yourself.
