Regarding Mersenne you only have to acquire about 624 bytes of randomness in order to determine the current state of the PRNG and with that be able to produce all the numbers after. From my understanding the computation on the data is rather trivial and can be computed quite fast. Now this is far more complex (maybe not possible?) given that bots usually throw away a great number of bits (ie: use 32 bit number to produce a value between 1 and 6). Given how we throw away a fair amount of bits may make it very difficult to find a way to reconstitute the data needed to calculate the current state of the PRNG.
