Yes, you can create a table with GameAccount and sit and wait for an opponent to join your table. I chatted briefly with John Clark on thursday at GamesGrid and he confirmed that the new GamesGrid will be using the same software as GameAccount. You can create tables for money games or matches. The money game stakes can be from $0.20/pt up to $199.95/pt with cube caps from 1 to 64. You can play 1, 3, 5, or 7 point matches with minimum wagers of $1.00, $2.00, $5.00, and $10.00 respectively. The maximum wager on all matches regardless of length is $2000.00 !!! You would think that longer matches would be available considering the maximum wagers. The most significant thing is there are no visible ratings. Players are rated for their own "guidance" but no one may see your rating. So if you are an shark, the fish will never know until it's over. The rakes appear to be between 5%-7.5% I wouldn't play there for money even if I could (I live in the USA), but I thought I'd let those who do want to play for cash know the details.
