The double hit jumps out, but the race is close, and the opponent is not threatening. There is little value in a tempo hit, and blitzing is not called for.

I would make the quite play, S = 24/21 13/11, which duplicates 2 (including the hitter 62). I like it a little better than d = 13/8.
