I doubt it is possible with perfect play but I think it is possible. Blue needs to have 4 or more checkers sent back and then make 2 anchors in White's inner board. Blue can start this process by playing 21 2/off 1/off. White then rolls 11 to hit both. Blue then rolls 22 to make the 23-point along with 6/2*. White rolls another hitter without escaping Blue's inner board. Blue enters with a 3 and hits loose again on his 2-point. White hits back and escapes with 62 or 52. Blue rolls another 3 to make the 22-point. In the next few rolls, White comes around while Blue is able to keep both anchors in White's board. Eventually White is on roll with one checker on his 4-point and three on his ace. White then rolls 21, Blue fails to hit but keeps both anchors. White then rolls another 21 and Blue then rolls a hitting 1 or 2 and later picks up White's other blot on the 24-point.
