B/21 provides 2 checkers bearing on White’s bar point, should the blot there be missed or hit loose, but is vunerable to a double hit.

B/24 13/10 plays both side of the board, but provides only 1 cover for White’s bar point, and adds a blot on our side of the board. (But White can’t hit the blots on both sides of the board next turn.)

I’ll go with B/24 13/10.
