If White rolls 21 and plays 13/11 24/23, what's the proper Nactation for that move?

This post expands on the explanations already given by Stick and Tim.

Based on checker movements, your play lies in the Z (Reverse Split) family. The small die was moved to a destination on the far side of the board. The large die was played from the far side into your outer board.

S is usually used when the dice are reversed. So, when the large die is used to move to a destination on the far side, and the small die is used to move from the far side into your outer board, the S (Split) family is correct.

Due in part to the historical usage of S for plays like 21S, 41S, 51S, and 52S, Nactation has a Convenience Clause. It allows you to use S or Z interchangeably when the S family is otherwise empty.

That applies here. Because you cannot play the ace (i.e., the small die) down from the midpoint, the S family is technically empty. That means you can use S for a play that really belongs in the Reverse Split family.

I tend to use the Convenience Clause only on the first four moves or so. After that, I use Z even when S is allowed under the Convenience Clause.

You can find more information about S, Z, and B in my post entitled "Nactation — Clarifying S (Split), Z (Reverse split), and B (Both) — Updated Nov. 2013."
