Bar/21 24/23 gets my vote.

I'm not willing to strip my midpoint for the purpose of blotting again when there is a resonable alternative.

I also don't think that slotting our 5pt is a good idea at the score, regardless of whether or not it might be right at 0-0/15.

10/9 seems inferior to 24/23, with the latter increasing our advanced anchor possibilities and also dramaticaly increasing Stick's pain if he hits us loose on the 21pt.

I also think it highly unwise to play 21/20, coming seriously under the gun, also with only one "protecting" checker.

Putting it all together I guess I don't even have a second choice to bar/21 24/23 here.
