Bar/21 24/23

I prefer that to Bar/21 13/9. 13/9 is only a small improvement while 24/23 gives many more anchoring or hitting numbers. Moreover, the immediate action is likely to be on the other side of the board and the builder on the 9 or 10 pt will often stay idle.

I don't like 6/5 and don't understand the argument that it duplicates White's fours. These numbers do not look particularly strong after the above plays, much weaker than a possible 24/20* anyway.
