I felt strongly OtB that bar/20 was correct. I like coming up so that if my opponent throws a small number I now get a double shot whereas if I stay back I'll only get a single shot - and he may just run one checker by me and I'll only get an indirect!? Maybe staying back offers the best opportunity to pick up both checkers which is what makes it so close, and almost what Richard would need to win this game, but I still prefer bar/20.
